1. Our Commitment

Find Your Scripture provides free trial AI conversations before any charge is required. We want every subscriber to have the opportunity to experience the service before committing. If something isn't right within your refund window, contact us and we will make it right.

2. Subscription Refunds

The following refund terms apply to all paid subscriptions:

• 3-day refund window: If you subscribe and are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 3 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked
• After 3 days: All subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
• Monthly subscriptions: Monthly charges are non-refundable after the 3-day window. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges
• Annual subscriptions: Annual charges are non-refundable after the 3-day window. You will retain access through the end of your paid year
• Renewal charges: If you are charged for a renewal and did not intend to renew, contact us within 3 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it

3. Free Trial Conversations

Before subscribing, Find Your Scripture offers free AI conversations so you can experience the service firsthand. Because a meaningful preview is available at no cost, our refund window is shorter than services with no trial access. We encourage you to use the free conversations before upgrading.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 3-day window, email us at info@arvanemedia.com with the following:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
• A brief reason for your request (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the service — such as the quiz not loading, scriptures not generating, or the AI chat not responding — please contact us immediately. We will either resolve the issue promptly or issue a refund for any affected billing period, regardless of the 3-day window.
